Hi all!  Wow...that signup filled up fast!  Thank you for everyone who was able to donate items to our lunch!  I'm sure the kids will really appreciate it.  All items need to be brought to the parking lot (very back of the lot toward the grassy area) by 1230.  We will hope that all of the other teams will have cleared out by then so we can get some spots!  We will not have tables/chairs so feel free to bring your folding chairs, blanket, etc. for seating.  Other important details:

The clear bag policy of Southwest ISD (our host) will be strictly enforced for all spectators. Swimmers and coaches ON DECK are not subject to the clear bag policy. Please make sure your families are aware of this before they arrive.

Swimmers and coaches will enter from the outside metal gate on the far right side of the pool. Parentswill enter through the front doors. Parents without proper clearance will be turned away. If you have older swimmers or adults who are helping in other areas, having them walk the littles to your team area inside would be a huge help.

PARENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER UNTIL 1:15 PM

ALL swimmers will be inside on the deck. There is team seating inside the natatorium with signs designating team areas. We are asking teams to split into two areas: 10U swimmers on the far left side (near the 10U competition pool) and 11-18 swimmers on the far right side. We know it is inconvenient to not all be together, but this keeps our younger swimmers close to their competition pool and keeps things running smoothly.

Please print your own heat sheets--I will be printing a few but they will only give the judges and officials the most updated heat sheets the day of.  Let's pull together and make this a great meet and experience for all of our swimmers!  Let's go STORM!!
