Hi everyone, just wanted to send out one last email with some important reminders for today!

Please arrive by 1:30 and find us in the waiting area outside of the pool.  I will have the banner so that hopefully you'll be able to locate us! 

Please have your swimmers dressed and ready for warmups.  They will need to walk in quickly, drop their bags and get in the pool.  We are on a time crunch for sure

If we have any missing swimmers that haven't checked in by the time we head to warmups I will need a volunteer with a badge to wait at the door to escort them inside.  

All volunteers please see me for your badge that you must wear to get into the pool/deck area

Only 1 food truck will be operating today

And sadly, this pool uses different software so we won't have access to the Swimtopia app for scoring.  They will not have immediate scores so please let the kids know that we have to wait to find out their place in the heat/race.  I know they're used to that instant gratification, but unfortunately not today!
