good afternoon everyone! I hope the kids had a great first week in the pool. I saw so much excitement and great swimming and cannot wait to see how they do in the first meet! Just a few things for next week:

If you’re swimmer did not get their team T-shirt, please have them see me at the pool and I will get it to them at practice next week
The schedule for next week will be the same as this week with practice on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evening.

If you haven’t already, please log into your swimTopia account, click on the tab that is marked schedules and select meet availability for each of your swimmers for the upcoming meets. We will be looking at meet entries starting on Monday, so please try to get that done this weekend. We also need parents to sign up for all of the volunteer jobs that are listed on the website. 
Please save the date of Friday, 23 June in the morning for our championship meet. This will be held at the new Southwest ISD aquatic center located on 410. More information to follow on this meet.

Finally, be sure your swimmer(s) get adequate rest and hydration this weekend. It would also be great if they could get up to the pool and do a few laps to keep them moving. We only have three more practices until we compete!
