Practice Next Week
Hello! Thank you for bringing your swimmers out for our first week of practice! We got off to a great start and I've already seen some amazing progress. Our coaches have a weekend workout for your swimmers to do if you get a chance to get them to the pool. The weather is a little chilly today, but hopefully it will warm up again! Next week we will practice on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday during your regularly scheduled time. Thank you and we'll see you on deck Monday!

Kicking while holding on the wall for 30 seconds/rest 10 seconds
Wind Group 5:15-5:45
4 1/2 laps freestyle kick with kkckboards
2 1/2 labs freestyle with fins
2 1/2 laps freestyle
practice back floats with kick board
2 1/2 laps on back hugging kick board
Thunder Group: 5:45-6:30

4 25 Fingertip Drill with Fins
